Lower Sorbian[edit]

"Passive" of to be? Synthetic passive of anything in Slavic? I guess some sort of past was meant, especially that the endings resemble those of the "aorist" in OCS. 176.221.123.116 20:12, 19 June 2016 (UTC)Reply

It's the form of the verb "to be" used with a past participle to form a past-tense passive voice. See Appendix:Lower Sorbian conjugation#Passive. It's different from the normal preterite of byś, which is běch. —Aɴɢʀ (talk) 21:35, 19 June 2016 (UTC)Reply
