  • Used almost exclusively with henki (soul) as the subject:
    Henki hetsuu caajua.I am longing for some tea. (literally, “The soul is longing for some tea.”)
  • The subject of the action is set in the allative case:
    Hepoiseel henki hetsuu heinää.The horse is longing for some hay.
